Whether you are building a new home or adding on to your existing home, Lyman Lumber should be your first stop. Our people are experienced in drawing all types of homes, additions, garages and cabins.

Our drafting services include:

• Meeting with the customer and addressing revisions throughout the project.
• We provide all the necessary drawings, heat calcs, shear wall, tall wall, truss layouts that are needed to receive a building permit.
• All drawings are done on Soft-Plan and are available via email.

All of these services for a nominal fee that will be refunded to you when you purchase 75% of your materials from Lyman Lumber.
